Food for Heart Diseases


Heart diseases are a one of the leading killer of mankind. Now a day we have enough technology and awareness to control it. Coronary heart disease is narrowing of the arteries (are blood vessels that carry blood away from the heart). A heart attack occurs when a blood clot blocks the arteries of the heart. This prevents the flow of blood, cuts off the oxygen supply to the heart and damages the heart cells.
Eating specific types of more foods can increase your heart disease risk Food is directly involved in many of the risk factors for coronary heart disease. What you can eat and what you cannot are the most important factors for heart diseases.
If you are above 45 than please check below condition and please, check with your doctor and take appropriate steps on suggested research. Below points are very important and you can check it often:
a)    Do Breakfast like King, Lunch like servant and dinner like beggar
b)    Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables
c)    Walking at least 2 km per day and do exercises regularly (best for heart disease)
d)    check blood pressure
e)    check blood sugar
f)    Keep healthy weight.
g)    Check cholesterol and obesity

Foods to eating more to prevent Heart Diseases

a)    Oat meal, wholegrain cereals, wheat, low or no sugar added cereals (grain grown as an agricultural crop)
b)    Salmon and other fish (like mackerel, sardines, tuna which contain omega-3 fatty acids), including the skin and fat (Research said, this omega 3 fat (EPA fat) has the ability to raise HDLs and decrease triglycerides)
c)    Sweet potatoes, Green leafy vegetables, Carrots, pasta made from whole grains
d)    Take more plant foods
e)    Rice, pasta for blood sugar level
f)    Whole wheat bread, whole wheat chips, honey as a substitute for sugar in cakes, cookies, breads, etc
g)    Fruit and vegetables
h)    Fresh fruits like Apples (with skin for flavonoids), Oranges (Eat pulpy parts for flavonoids), Red or black grapes
i)     Olive oil and canola oil substituted for other oils, (the key is to monounsaturated fats oppose trans-fatty acids or partially hydrogenated fat)
j)     Bean, tomato, vegetables oils (like corn, soy and safflower, which contain omega-6 fatty acids)
k)    drink like tea, alcohol, Grape juice, Fat free milk
l)     Peanuts, walnuts, almonds in moderation (be careful not to gain weight)
m)  Dried fruits, raw nuts, dates, prunes
n)    Salad and vitamin E (nut, almonds, Tomato products, canned, paste, without salt added, Pumpkin, canned, without salt)
o)    Onions and Garlic (Crushed or chopped)


Foods to avoid to prevent Heart Diseases       
a)    junk food like Hot dogs, hamburgers, fried foods like fried chicken and fast foods like Egg noodles
b)    more Sugar, Frozen fruit with sugar added, Frozen waffles, pastry's, cookies made with fat and sugar candy, biscuit, baked goods and ice cream made with fats
c)    more Salt
d)    avoid more sodium contained products
e)    Meats with more percentage of fat, Remove poultry skin and eat only the meat, Red meats
f)    High fat snacks, chips
g)    cheese, full fat yogurt, sauces
