Food for Cancer


Cancer is created by out-of-control cell growth. These will harm body and damage cell will grow way. There are many different types of cancer and each is classified according to the type of cell. 
The National Cancer Institute estimates that 30 to 40 percent of all cancer deaths may be diet related. Researches have also suggested smoking, no exercise, unhealthy diet and drinking are the main reason for cancer. This will directly indicate our lifestyle can invite this disease. So, what to eat and what not it will impact much on cancer and one of the most prior measure to prevent cancer.
All the disease will start from your stomach. There are foods that have the ability control or take as preventive measures for cancer and help to reduce cancer cell growth and tumor size. We are unaware about this fact. There are lots of article and good books available which will help you to understand the preventive measures of cancer.

Eat foods to prevent cancer
a)    Drink plenty of water, Green tea
b)    Red wine (Non alcoholic because alcohol may cause cancer)
c)    All plant based food
d)    whole grains, vegetables, beans, Dairy products, fish and meat
e)    fruit and a few seeds or nuts, tomato, carrots, cucumber, sauerkraut, apple and  banana
f)    cook with canola oil, nuts, and avocados (unsaturated fats)
g)    whole-wheat pasta, raisin bran, barley, oatmeal, oat bran muffins, popcorn, brown rice, whole-grain or whole-wheat bread
h)    apples, pears, strawberries, bananas (source of potassium), blackberries, blueberries, mango, apricots, citrus fruits, dried fruit, prunes, raisins
i)     Red or black grapes, orange juice Grape juice
j)     All nuts and seeds, salads, soups,  almonds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, pecans, and sesame seeds.
k)    Fish like salmon, sardines, herring, and black cod
l)     lima beans, baked beans, kidney beans, pinto, chick peas,
m)  Garlic (help in break down cancer causing substances), ginger, Turmeric 
n)    dark green leafy vegetables, peas, artichokes, corn, cabbage, cauliflower (help in breast cancer), carrots (help in cancer like lung, mouth, throat, stomach, breast etc.), tomatoes, potatoes
o)    Fruits (Fresh fruits  especially Blueberries and Strawberries which have more antioxidants) and vegetables (the best sources of antioxidants such as beta-carotene), vitamin C, vitamin E, Mushrooms and selenium
p)    Pumpkin,  Sweet potatoes, Squash,  Soybeans (stimulates cancer preventing enzymes)
q)    Olive oil or canola oil substituted for other oils
r)    Dried unsweetened fruits, especially apricots, dates, prunes

Don’t eat foods to prevent cancer
a)    Red meat, whole milk dairy products, and more eggs (it will increase trans fat)
b)    avoid eating the skin of the chicken
c)    Fish which have high percentage of mercury
d)    Soda
e)    Limit fast food, junk food,  fried foods, Preservative food, and packaged foods (like hotdog, potato chips, cookies, crackers, French fries, and doughnuts)
f)    French fries, cooked fried at high temperatures, Fried foods
g)    Chips, crackers, cookies, white flour and Refined sugar
h)    Do not cook oils on high heat, Smoked food
i)     Avoid shark and other big fish (source of mercury)
j)     Doughnuts (which contain hydrogenated oils)
