Freelance/Consulting vs. full time Work

Freelance/Consulting vs. full time Job
There are many opinion towards which is better option to work from hole or do full time job. But as I can say in Freelance job you will get much freedom compare to Full time but less stability. Let’s see below opinion from different people.
·       Some people will appreciate a full time job more because of the security over the feast and famine world of contracting out. However, some full time job allowed extreme flexibility and the opportunity to work out from home, I don’t think it is a bad option at all.
·       If you are dedicated to your work then Working from home will help people to e more independent and will lead to some startup or new invention. There may be a few slim times but that is pretty much expected in any field of endeavor.
·       There will be some part of life where you have time to spend with grand-sugars! so love the way this has worked out.
·       Some people will love the freelance. You know that you have control over whether you have work to do or not. In starting of 2 assignment you will get more stress and then you will get more relax and more opportunity to work with different client. Finally within 5 assignments you feel is security and stability, which you will see in full time job after 5 years.
·       It’s nice to be able to take days off or work odd hours without having to ask for permission.
·       But working from home requires a tremendous amount of discipline.  If you will manage it than you can enjoy it. So it is important to set work area and you also had to make sure friends and family understood that you couldn’t drop what you were doing.
·       Sometimes it’s frustrating because you feel like you working a lot and have too many spinning plates rather than just being able to focus on one client.
·       The variety of clients you will get in freelance will help you to contribute to the stability. If you have just two client and they disappear, then you’re in trouble. But if you have 15 clients and one disappeared, you just have to replace them at some point.
·       So enjoy the freedom of working from home. it’s very difficult task, but a proper time management can assure balance on both the sides. always prefer to work at home because it really gives you the freedom of time and will open new startup which you will not get in full time option.

Chanakya Biography

Story of Chanakya

Chanakya was born in the Canaka village of the Golla region, to Brahmin named Canin and his wife Canesvar. Chanakya was well educated. He later became a teacher at the same place.
Chanakya was not good looking and he chooses her wife, as she was also not good looking. Chanakya married to a dark-skinned Brahmin girl named Yashodhra. Once she went to her brother's house for a function. At that function her sisters & sister-in-laws made laugh of her poverty. This made her & Chanakya very sad. His wife said to Chanakya that she has heard that King Dhananand of Patliputra gives cows to Brahmins on the No-moon day of the Krishna-pashas of Kartik month. So, Chanakya went there and sat on the seat, which was meant for the king.
Chanakya was not good-looking. Seeing an ugly person sitting on his seat, Dhananand became so angry with Chanakya that asked his soldiers to throw him out. Chanakya roared in anger & swearer that one day he'll throw Dhanananda out of his throne.

When Chanakya was born he had a full set of teeth, which is a sign that he would become a
king or an emperor. But since he was born in a Brahmin family, it was considered inappropriate. Thus, his teeth were broken and it was predicted that he would make another person a king and rule through him.
Even as a child, Chanakya had the qualities of a born leader. His level of knowledge was
beyond children of his age.
Chanakya was thrown out of the court of King Nanda as he was a blunt man and spoke his
mind clearly. Chanakya swore he would take revenge.
Chanakya comes across Chandragupta as a young child. Even at that age, he was a born
leader and showed the qualities of an able Emperor. He was the guiding force behind Chandragupta and the vital person who made him an able Emperor.
Chanakya adds poison in little amounts daily in Chandragupta's food in order to make him
immune to poison, lest some enemy tries to poison him.
However Chandragupta was unaware about this and once gave a little food to his wife who
was in the ninth month of pregnancy. She didn't survive but Chanakya cut open her belly and took out the baby.
This baby grew up to become an able emperor named Bindusara. He had a minister named
Subandhu who did not like Chanakya. He told Bindusara that Chanakya had killed his mother.
Without assessing facts, Bindusara confronted Chanakya. On knowing the whole story, he felt
ashamed at his hasty actions and begged for forgiveness. He asked Subandhu to go and apologize and make Chanakya come back.
Subandhu was very cunning and on the pretext of going to apologize to Chanakya, he killed
him. Thus, ended the life of a great person like Chanakya just because of political rivalry. The real cause of Chanakya's death is unknown and disputed. According to one legend, he went to the jungle and starved himself to death.
