What is Confidence? The feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something. It is trust sometimes. It is a natural expression of ability, expertise, and self-regard.

Don’t criticize the confidence. It is not bravery or bold decision. It is self-belief. It is a feeling that you think you are capable of doing something. I have seen few confident people around me and I really respect them. I am always in contact with them through mobile and social media.

Let’s see some good points, which might help us to find out truly confident people.

They like to be foolish

As Steve job said: “stay hungry, stay foolish” is mantra for better life. So they will chose better life not success.

They will honest for they’re wrong done

They will admit their mistake and never mind if somebody laugh on it or will make bad comments for their mistake. They always speak about or silly alternate for the problem and give equal importance to all silly matters. So, people may unhappy with them and they admit it.

So, after silly mistake or wrong done if you laugh on them then they will also laugh with you.

They will take approval for all responsible people who helped to solved the problem

You may have so may friends but you have only few friends who have influence in your life. Very few friends have trust on you and you have trust on them. Same way they will also trust the people who matter to them

They take a stand because they are not afraid to be wrong. So they are not always right

If you are not accepting truth and try to hide your fault after taking bold steps then it is not a confidence

Confident people don’t mind to being a proven wrong. For them finding out what is right is a lot more important than being right. If they are wrong then they will accept it gracefully and appreciate your work or thinking. They will always ready to say they are wrong. intellectual bullies people never do it.

They will find their own path..

They know the world is open for them. They never mind if they will not get promotion, recognition or money. The main reason is they know how to get it. What matter for them is knowledge? If they will not learn anything from the job then they will quit in spite of so much money.

They know now a day they can connect with anybody and finding something and marketing is cheaper now a day. They know how to use social media?

They will do it quietly without making any noise of dissatisfaction.

They never let down other people.

They never do unnecessary gossip and speak badly for others. They will know if I will try to let down others, tomorrow is there for me also. So they know what is Respect and what are cheap comments.

They are good listener and thinks more than they speak.

Confident people are quiet, modes and mot arrogant. They are clear about what they are thinking but still they want to know what you think about their thinking.

They know a lot, but they are ready to know more and they know the only way to learn more is to listen everyone. They always ask open-ended questions that give other people to freedom to be interactive and importance of the topics:

They always find the big obstacles so Other people may take advantage to solve it.

They have ability to turn the people in high performance team, even they are desperate. They will find the major obstacles and overcome it, even they will give equal chance to others also. Sometime they stand back and give chance to others to come in spotlight. It is their sign for greatness even.

They don’t wont other will proud for them because they know what they achieve. They don’t need glory.

Always ask for help if needed and never shy or show nervousness to do so

Request for help is not a sign of weakness. They never shy to do it. They will never hide their weakness and will learn from others. They will respect individual’s knowledge and help. They are always hungry for knowledge. So, never mind if someone say him foolish.
