Heart
diseases are a one of the leading killer of mankind. Now a day we have enough
technology and awareness to control it. Coronary heart disease is narrowing of
the arteries (are blood vessels that carry
blood away from the heart). A heart attack occurs when a blood clot
blocks the arteries of the heart. This prevents the flow of blood, cuts off the
oxygen supply to the heart and damages the heart cells.

specific types of more foods can increase your heart disease risk
Food is directly involved in many of the risk factors for coronary heart
disease. What you can eat and what you cannot are the most important factors
for heart diseases.
If you are above 45 than
please check below condition and please, check with your doctor and take
appropriate steps on suggested research. Below points are very important and
you can check it often:

the skin and fat (Research said, this omega 3 fat (EPA fat) has the ability to
raise HDLs and decrease triglycerides)
c) Sweet potatoes, Green
leafy vegetables, Carrots, pasta made from whole grains

whole wheat chips, honey as a substitute for sugar in cakes, cookies, breads,
