Cancer is created by out-of-control cell growth.
These will harm body and damage cell will grow way. There are many different
types of cancer and each is classified according to the type of cell.
The National
Cancer Institute estimates that 30 to 40 percent of all cancer deaths may be
diet related. Researches
have also suggested smoking,
no exercise, unhealthy diet and drinking are the main reason for cancer. This
will directly indicate our lifestyle can invite this disease. So, what to eat
and what not it will impact much on cancer and one of the most prior measure to
prevent cancer.
All the disease will start from your stomach. There
are foods that have the ability control or take as preventive measures for
cancer and help to reduce cancer cell growth and tumor size. We are unaware
about this fact. There are lots of article and good books available which will
help you to understand the preventive measures of cancer.
Eat foods to prevent
cancer
a) Drink plenty of water, Green tea

Red wine (Non alcoholic
because alcohol may cause cancer)

plant based food
